Clos Saint-Sébastien 2023 – Empreintes – AOP Collioure

Clos Saint-Sébastien 2023 – Empreintes – AOP Collioure

The nose offers fruit, a certain deepness, a certain power, a peppery side as well as a racy grain. There are notes of wild redcurrants, blackberry and an infusion side associated with hints of spices as well as a hint of vanilla/tobacco. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers freshness, a beautiful definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, pulpiness and brightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright redcurrants, bright cherry and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of juicy cassis, hints of black olive, infusion as well as a hint of black tea, sweet spices and a subtle hint of almost juicy fig (in the background). A hint of vanilla. Beautifully fresh and elegant.
