The nose is fruity and offers richness/density. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, fresh/ripe strawberry and small notes of fresh/ripe blueberry associated with small touches of Sichuan pepper, flowers as wel as hints of toasted and nutmeg/spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers a good definition, gourmandize, tension as well as a mineral/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry, juicy/acidulous wild raspberry associated with small touches of cassis, blueberry, fine hints of caramelization/toasted as well as very fine hints of coffee, cocoa (in the background) and dried/crushed almond (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
