It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis and small notes of fleshy/ripe red fruits associated with touches of vanilla, toasted as well as fine hints of flowers (violet…) and pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, tense, structured and offers gourmandize, a mineral frame as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy cassis associated with small touches of violet, vanilla, toasted as well as fine hints of spices (in the background), caramelization and a subtle hint of sugared mild tobacco. Tannins are structuing and very finely firm.
