The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, relatively gourmand, fat and offers juiciness, density and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis and blackberry combined with a touch of plum, cocoa / mocha, slight notes of red fruits, a hint of cherry as well as very slight notes of liquorice and a fine note of candy. Tannins are fine, grainy and well-built.
