The nose is fruity and offers gourmandize, a fine crunchiness as well as a certain intensity. There are notes of fleshy pear, crunchy apple and small notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) associated with small touches of peach flowers, fine hints of thyme flowers, sage as well as discreet liquorice / anise. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small juiciness, precision, a very fine tension as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh lemon, crunchy apple and small notes of zest associated with touches of fresh lychee, tangerine zest, fine hints of juicy / fresh quince, discreet hints of fresh anise, lemon blossoms and a hint of fresh thyme (in the background). Good length. Almost a discreet tannic sensation on the finish. Beautiful acidulous sensation on the finish.
