The nose is aromatic, elegant, intense and quite fine. It reveals notes of plum, Boysenberry and small notes of wild red berries associated with fine touches of flowers (hawthorn …) as well as a very discreet hint of zan and tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, silky, elegant, rich and finely rich. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, strawberry and slight notes of Boysenberry combined with discreet hints of prunes, blueberry as well as slight touches of licorice, tobacco and flowers. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There are slight touches of cocoa on the persistence / aftertaste.
