The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a certain complexity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and crushed raspberry associated with fine hints of blueberry as well as fine hints of star anise and clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality and a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as iodized/saline hints and a toasted hint. A beautifull mellowness and gourmandise of tannins.
