The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a small richness. It reveals notes of fleshy wild cassis, liquorice, small notes of griotte associated with touches of crushed strawberry as well as hints of pepper, spics and a discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral and offers gourmandize, a good definition as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with fine hints of iris, racy minerality, liquorice, cuben pepper and toasted hazelnut. Good length. A good persistence on hints of cocoa.
