The nose is elegant, fruity, gourmand and offers a fine creamy sensation, a small richness and gourmandize. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, Gariguette strawberry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with very discreet hints of vanilla, toasted as well as hints of violet, crushed quitch plum and caramelization. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize as well as dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of violet associated with slight touches of Bourbon vanilla, nutmeg, sweet mild tobacco and sweet spices/cardamom. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good persistence with a subtle coffee hint.
