The palate is fresh, mineral, nicely juicy and offers delicacy as well as a tangy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, crunchy blackcurrant and more slightly juicy/crunchy blue berries combined with a touch of crushed blue plum, fine hints of toasted almond, toasted hazelnut, vanilla, tonka/mocha bean and a discreet hint of local biotop and pepper. Almost a discreet cypress note in the background. Fresh.
