The nose is elegant and offers power, concentration and a fine/finely tight grain. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, wild cassis, small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of lily, small blue fruits as well as hints of grey pepper, spices and a subtle hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, precise as well as gourmandize, a fine tension, deepness, a beautiful ripe/juicy fruit which keeps freshness and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy/pulpy blackberry, small notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry associated with touches of crushed small black fruits, pulpy/crushed redcurrant as well as hints of cornflower, zan, chocolate, very discreet hints of mild tobacco and a subtle hint of cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are elegant and finely chewy. A very fine chew and gourmandize on the finish.
