It reveals notes of ripe cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, blueberry as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper, chocolate, graphite and discreet hints of vanilla/caramelization. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, well-balanced and offers minerality and a beautiful acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of crunchy strawberry associated with fine touches of redcurrant, cornflower as well as hints of blueberry and tonka bean. Good length. A very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla on the persistence. Tannins are elegant.
