The nose offers notes of vanilla, blackberry and small notes of ripe wild raspberry combined with slight touches of violet, Cuben pepper, spices as well as discreet hints of cardamom / chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fresh frame, minerality, a slight acidulous sensation, a slightly tight grain, roundness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fleshy / juicy cassis and small notes of fresh / juicy raspberry associated with small touches of cherry, flowers, cardamom, small toasted / oaky touches as well as discreet hints of vanilla. Tannins are a bit firm and slightly tight. Good length.
