The nose is fruity, fine and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of red fruit and cassis combined with slight notes of spices, Sichuan pepper and Zan. The palate is fruity, fine, mineral, elegant and offers precision as well as a beautiful silky and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream and plum jam associated with slight notes of licorice, chocolat as well as slight touches of red fruits / berries (in the background). Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and persistence with fine notes of dark chocolate, coffee and a slight hint of cassis bud on the aftertaste. Beautiful potential!
