The nose is racy, mineral, frank and offers elegance. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of kumquat, marmalade and small notes of crushed lychee associated with touches of concentrated small yellow fruits as well as fine hints of spices and a fine almost toasted hint. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, roundness, gourmandise, fat as well as a certain unctuosity (full of precision and balance). Lovely racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, concentrated kumquat and small notes of candied peach associated with touches of roasted pineapple as well as fine hints of peach blossom, verbena, racy minerality, toast and vanilla. A creamy hint on the finish.
