The nose is fruity, fresh and offers minerality as well as small incisive side. It reveals notes of candied lemon and ripe/fresh mandarin combined with subtle hints of brugnon, rose, fresh ginger as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg and crunchy pineapple. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition as well as good tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crunchy pineapple and crunchy brugnon associated with small touches of rose / flowers, apple as well as subtle touches of lychee, racy minerality, very discreet hints of honey, a very discreet touch of vanilla as well as a subtle hint of fresh almond on the persistence. Good (and gourmande) persistence.
