The nose is fruity, aromatic, elegant, gourmand and well-balanced. It reveals notes of candied lemon, quince and apricot with hints of honey, almonds, peach compote associated with a subtle hint of candied mango and a very discreet hint of botrytis. The palate is fruity, very well balanced and offers a fine juiciness, a freshness, an acid frame, gourmandise, a nice fat, a nice unctuosity, dynamism and a good volume. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied apricot, candied pineapple and a touch of mango combined with touches of preserved lemon, peach and honey, as well as a fine hint of caramelisation, vanilla and a discrete hint of white flowers. There are a hint of hazelnut, almond and a very discreet toasted hint on the persistence.
