The palate is fruity and offers freshness, concentration, some fattiness, a good job on the bitters as well as nice bright floral notes. On the palate, this expresses notes of juicy / pulpy cherry, small juicy / pulpy red berries and slight notes of violet associated with touches of peony, rose, hints of fresh liquorice stick as well as a hint of chocolate. and a subtle almost vanilla hint. The tannins are supple and sapid.
