The nose is fruity, fine, racy, elegant, complexe and offers freshness, a fine grain as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of cassis, crunchy Boysen berry and small notes of flowers associated with fine touches of juicy/crunchy raspberry, very fine hints of juicy/crunchy red berries, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean and caramelization. The palate is fresh, fruity, wel-balanced, silky/delicate and offers juiciness, a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of Guariguette strawberry associated with small touches of chocolate, caramelization, fresh flowers (cornflower, lilac, lily…), toasted and very discreet hints of toasted/Crushed almond. Tannins are elegant and racy.
