The nose is fine, fruity, gourmand, opulent, precise, a bit powerful and offers a fine freshness. It reveals notes of blackberry jam and cassis combined with slight notes of licorice, zan, Sichuan pepper and a touch of juicy plum. The palate is fruity, charming, harmonious, sleek and offers tension, freshness as well as a silky and slightly unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and fine touches of black cherry associated with a hint of liquorice, a discreet hint of toasted oak as well as slight notes of violet and a discreet note blond tobacco. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length.
