The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a fine gourmandize. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, vanilla and more slightly fresh cassis associated with touches of fresh raspberry, toasted as wella s a very discreet hint of sweet spices and almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity, fat, a good structure as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy Gariguette strawberry, juicy/crunchy boysenberry and more slightly crunchy raspberry, cassis associated with a subtle hint of ripe/juicy redcurrant, toasted, vanilla, spices and almond as well as a discreet iodine hint and a hint of dark chocolate on the persistence. Good length. Gourmandize as well as fine chews on the finish.
