The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight, elegant and offers a good definition, a juicy frame, a slight acidulous frame as well as small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of fleshy / juicy strawberry associated with slight touches of juicy plum, juicy redcurrants, slight hints of chocolate, slight toasted hints as well as a discreet hint of toasted / dried almond, hazelnut, oak and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are fine, straight, elegant, racy and structuring. Good persistence.
