The nose is aromatic, fine, elegant and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe wild fruits, undergrowth and leather combined with a discreet touch of nutmeg, a very discreet touch of gray pepper (in the background) and cocoa. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit aerial and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a beautiful definition, a nice fat, tension, generosity, finesse as well as a beautiful, dense and tight matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy black cherry and crushed cassis associated with touches of wild strawberry, undergrowth / tobacco as well as slight touches of wood and spices. Tannins are a bit firm and medium size. Good length and good persistence. There is a discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence. The wine needs to be decanted. A beautiful wine!
