The nose is beautifully elegant, delicate, fine and offers a beautiful guideline. It reveals notes of yellow peach, pulpy yellow apple and small notes of medlar associated with touches of apricot blossoms as well as a subtle hint of fresh butter and a very discreet hint of sweet spices (in the background). The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, precision, a beautiful delicacy, deepness, unctuosity, an airy side, pulpiness as well as a certain brilliance of the fruit. Elegance, a beautiful texture and a sense of detail. On the palate this wine expresses notes of medlar, yellow peach and small notes of juicy/pulpy small yellow fruits associated with buttery, toasted touches as well as an almost vanilla and hazelnut hint in the background. Good length. All in finesse and subtlety, despite a certain small power.
