The nose is racy and offers minerality, a small darkness, a crystalline side as well as a quite ripe fruit. It reveals notes of black cherry, graphene and small notes of roasted raspberry associated with hints of liquorice stick, roasted-juicy small fruits as well as a hint of black olive (in the background). The palate is mineral, fresh and offers a mineral frame, a small silkiness of the matter (in freshness), gourmandise, mellowness as well as a linear/stretched side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy red cherry, creamy cassis and small notes of graphene associated with touches of roasted-juicy raspberry, crushed small fruits as well as a hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length. A hint of mocha on the persistence.
