Clos des Roses – Dame de Cœur 2016 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, gourmand, nicely fine and offers a very slight intensity. It reveals notes of rose, raspberry and ripe white fruits associated with a discreet hint of zests in the background. The palate is fruity, nicely suave, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, juiciness, deepness as well as a beautiful finesse/elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/fresh raspberry and ripe/compoted white fruits associated with slight touches of strawberry candy as well as a subtle/very discreet hint of green lemon zests (in the background). Good length.
