The nose is elegant, fruity, racy, beautifully gourmand and offers deepness, harmony as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of cassis, small blue fruits and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with very fine hints of cornflower/violet as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, spices and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper/toasted. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers freshness/minerality, an acidulous frame, precision as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy cassis, juicy/ripe plum and small notes of crunchy/ripe raspberry associated with very fine touches of Timut pepper/nutmeg. Tannins are elegant, fine, supple and beautifully built. Good persistence on fine hints of chocolate, juicy/ripe fruits and discreet hints of almond.
