The nose is elegant, racy and offers a nice structure as well as racy power. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild black fruits and slightly violet associated with touches of camphor, spices as well as fine hints of nutmeg, morello cherry and a discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, balanced, full of finesse, all in control and offers juiciness, gourmandize, straightness in finesse, delicacy, a nice racy texture as well as depth. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, blackcurrant and slightly nutmeg associated with touches of cloves, fleshy / juicy fruits, with hints of raspberry, cornflowers, camphor as well as with fine hints of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and a very discreet hint of chocolate. Tannins are precise, fine, suave and elegant. Presence of a fine salinity (in the background) which leads the tasting. What a delight!
