Clos des Fous is a group of four Chileans, including Pedro Parra, who source grapes grown in the northern and southern extremes of Chile. The wines are made with minimal intervention from dry-farmed vineyards and using wild yeasts and low sulphur.
Pour ma Guele, or ‘for my gob’ is made from a blend of different grapes grown in Itata, varying each year depending on the harvest. It includes Carignan, Cinsault, País and Malbec in 2022. This is fresh and lively with clean unoaked dark fruits, a touch of mint, and a sweet tannin-free finish.
