The wine has a dark black cherry color. The nose is fresh and fruity with small, crunchy black fruits. We have the juicy cherry as well as the blackberry. There is a lovely freshness that emerges with hints of sweet spices. The second nose is intense and very fruity. We are always on fresh black fruits but also lightly stewed. The palate is fresh with black fruits. We have present, powerful and gripping tannins in the mid-palate. There is a nice balance between the fruit and the freshness of the acidity. We have a little fruit bomb with juicy cherries, blueberries but also pulpy blackcurrants. The finish is salivating with a saline touch accompanied by a racy minerality and black fruits. The freshness continues for a long time.
