The nose is well-built, elegant, delicate as well as beautifully precise and ample. We find notes of fresh/juicy white peach, bright kumquat and small notes of Amalfi lemon associated with touches of small bright white fruits, a discreet hint of caviar lemon as well as a very discreet hint of peach blossom and crunchy pineapple. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and well-balanced and offers a mineral, tangy frame, juiciness, suppleness, energy, tension as well as an airy side. In mouth this wine expresses notes of caviar lemon, bright vine peach and small notes of kumquat associated with touches of fresh physalis as well as fine hints of fresh flowers and almost fresh lime blossom hints. Good length. Beautiful freshness. A saline hint, almost pearly in the background. Persistence with a good work on the good bitterness. A tannic side in the aromatic and structure.
