The nose offers a small power as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of toasted almond, toasted oak and small notes of quince associated with small touches of dried zest as well as discreet hints of arbutus, nutmeg, olive leaf and a very discreet hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, chiseled, marked by its terroir and offers a nice racy minerality, precision, energy, precision, an acidulous frame as well as a small straightness. Beautiful acidity of the fruit and the soil ! On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon zest, juicy / acidulous quince and small notes of juicy / acidulous green apple associated with touches of dried apple skin, seeds, grapefruit, slight hints of nutmeg, toasted almond as well as a fine hint of oxidation and discreet hints of spices. Good length.
