The nose is fresh, racy and offers a small concentration. The wine needs to be decanted. There are notes of sage, fresh garrigue and small notes of green apple associated with small touches of peach flowers as well as discreet hints of rosemary, racy minerality, white flowers and a very discreet hint of arbutus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, roundness, fat, freshness, minerality, a certain volume, a good finesse of the grain as well as a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy green apple, green peach and small notes of arbutus associated with touches of zest, garrigue, white flowers as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality and fresh almond. Good length. Presence of a hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence. Good persistence.
