Clos de la Molénie 2018 – Bordeaux

The nose is fruity and offers gourmandize as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry and small notrs of small berries associated with fine touches of leather as well as very fine hints of spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandize, a fine unctuosity, tension as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy black cherry and small notes blueberry associated with small touches of liquorice, toasted aswell as very discreet hints of chocolate and a very discreet hint of fresh flowers (in the background). Good length.
