The wine has a pale straw color with bright green reflections. The nose is very aromatic, fruity and seductive. It has notes of earl grey tea, green pineapple as well as juicy white peach, white lilac, juicy and fresh pear. We perceive sweet oriental spices and fine hints of lemon blossom. The palate is round, fresh with an acidic structure. We have aromatic intensity with notes of earl gray tea, juicy pineapple and fresh pear. We perceive fine hints of verbena, lemon blossom and touches of sweet oriental spices and anise. There is a nice freshness throughout the tasting right down to the lingering and aromatic finish on tea and pineapple. Nice job on the good bitters. Simplicity in complexity.
