The nose is fresh, fruity, complex and offers power, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as elegance. This wine is multi layers and requiers time and work in the glass to be entirely understood. It reveals notes of cassis, juicy wild blackberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, hints of cornflower, vanilla, cardamom as well as very fine hints of spices and a subtle hint of bell-pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, juicy, well-balanced, precise and offers a beautiful definition, deepness, complexity, freshness, minerality as well as an acidulous frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/fresh blackberry associated with fine touches of caramelization, liquorice as well as fine hints of chocolate, flower, dry almond and very fine hints of gray pepper (in the background). Tannins are elegant and structuring. Good length. Sapidity on the finish and on the persistence.
