The nose offers a certain power, intensity and a very fine incisive profile. There are notes of bright cassis, bramble and small notes of incense associated with touches of roasted berries as well as fine hints of camphor and a discreet note of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, with a fresh tangy frame and minerality. There is good definition, tension, juiciness and stretchiness. The tasting is finely tight with notes of pulpy and juicy blackberries, small fresh juicy black berries and slight notes of camphor associated with touches of mocha, roasted cherries as well as fine hints of spices and toasted notes. Gradually a fine hint of vanilla in the background appears with fine and soft tannins.
