Clément & Florian Berthier Sancerre 2023 – Sancerre

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fruity, juicy and expresses the gour;qnd aromas of white peach, tangy apricot, green plum, as well as lemon zest, crushed lemon, as well as apple blossom, dried acacia and limestone. The palate is tasty and gourmand. The attack reflects the notes of white peach and apricot, which we have on the nose, in the mid-palate, we find a tangy structure and verticality in the flavors of lime zest, yellow lemon, grapefruit (with good bitterness) as well as a typical racy minerality (limestone, a dry chalky hint) and a touch of apple blossom. The finish offers good persistence, salivating acidity and chiseled citrus notes.
