The nose is fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of quince, small yellow fruits and apple associated with small notes of citrus, spice / nutmeg as well as discreet hints of beeswax and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good structure, a fine mineral frame, a (very) slight freshness, roundness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy peach, quince and small notes of kumquat / physalis associated with small touches of white fruits, citrus fruits and flowers.
