The nose is fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of crunchy/fresh pear, crunchy apple, small notes of lychee associated with a discreet flowery hint, olive tree and subtle hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small suavity as well as a fine gourmandize, fullness and sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, crushed peach, small notes of lemon associated with small touches of pulpy/juicy green apple and an imperceptible hint of olive tree. Good length.
