The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic, concentrated and fresh. It expresses notes of passion fruit, green apple, ripe citrus (grapefruit, lemon, lime), as well as a racy mineral framework (limestone, even chalk) and a floral bouquet (white flowers, dried wildflowers). The palate offers juiciness, even a certain density and roundness in its texture. It expresses flavors of white peach, passion fruit and green apple, combined with notes of ripe citrus (crushed lemon, grapefruit). We find the chalky mineral touch and a good bitterness on the finish, combined with a sharp acidity. Good persistence in the mouth, freshness and liveliness, with a certain concentration.
