The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is refined and gourmand: it expresses notes of juicy stone fruit (white peach, apricot), combined with aromas of ripe citrus (lemon, grapefruit), crisp green apple, as well as acacia and apple blossom, complemented by a limestone and smoky mineral framework that appears after aeration. The palate is chiseled, tangy, with a lively and lemony attack. It reveals flavors of lemon, lime zest, green apple, grapefruit, as well as acacia and apple blossom. A good bitterness of lime and grapefruit persists on the finish, accompanied by sharp acidity and a saline mineral framework, as well as a touch of dried flowers. A straight and precise wine.
