It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed black cherry and wild strawberry combined with slight touches of wood as well as a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper and subtle hints of tobacco. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, dynamism, a good volume, gourmandise as well as good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy boysenberry and slight touches of chocolate, crushed wild strawberry combined with discreet touches of violet, dark chocolate, toasted oak / vanilla as well as subtle touches of sweet spices (in the background).
