The nose is intense, powerful and quite aromatic. It reveals notes of cassis and blackberry associated with fine touches of wild fruits, black cherry as well as hints of spice and touches of oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers precision, juiciness and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, juicy wild strawberry combined with touches of juicy blueberry, discreet notes of wood and a hint of licorice stick. Tannins are well built. Good length. There are hints of toasted / caramelized oak and coffee on the persistence.
