Cigalus 2023 – IGP Pays d’Oc

Beautiful, elegant, creamy, airy, deep, elegant and beautifully complex nose. It reveals notes of crushed apple, small creamy white fruits and small notes of peach blossom associated with hints of verbena as well as discreet hints of crushed kumquat, local garrigue as well as a subtle hint of quenette, saline, almost white flowers and a discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is beautifully delicate, saline, ample, unctuous and offers deepness, energy, dynamism as well as a beautiful tangy frame. Beautifully airy and voluptuous mouth. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, pulpy nectarine. and small notes of fresh pineapple associated with touches of crushed small white fruits, fine saline hints of medlar, arbutus as well as discreet vanilla hints, toasted almond, a fine hint of olive tree, oregano and salinity. A fine creaminess on the finish. Good length. A subtle, almost tannic hint in the structure and aromatic on the finish.
