The nose is flowery and offers a fresh fruit and spices. There are notes of rose, violet and small notes of fresh spices associated with touches of fresh cassis as well as slight hints of grey and green pepper and a subtle hint of dry grove/ dry laurel. The mouth is fruity, fresh, chiseled and offers minerality, a good definition as well as a flowery side. The mouth tightens in its tannic structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh rose, violet and small notes of fresh/ ripe small wild fruits as well as hints of racy minerality, laurel tree and slight hints of crunchy acacia and a subtle hint of cacao in the background. Beautiful acidity and good work on the good bitterness on the finish/ persistence. Slightly sappy tannins.
