The nose is aromatic, fresh, precise, neat and aerial, a slight complexity with a slight creamy-fresh sensation. There are notes of lemony cream, fresh zests and small notes of mesocarp associated with slight hints of fresh kumquat and discreet fresh almond hints and a very discreet hint of fresh aromatic herbs. The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral, tense, energetic, electric, chiseled, fine, franc and offers a very dynamic effervescence. Good bitterness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy peach, toast and small notes of pâtisseries associated with touches of lychee as well as slight hints of zests. Good length and sapid and juicy persistence.
