The mouth is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, suavity, a good definition, tension, a certain energy as well as a stretched side. The effervescence is well-made. A slight mellowness in the mouth. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of zests, lemon and small notes of acidulous peach associated with touches of almond, toast, verbena and a toasted hint. Good length.
