On he palate is fruity, gourmandize and offers harmony, suavity, a certain delicacy. The wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, boysenberry and more slightly violet associated with touches of small blue fruits as well as a hint of crushed currant, tobacco, lilac, with a subtle hint of toast and sense of place.
