The nose is fresh with a slight salinity. It needs air to open up because it’s discreet. The second nose is tangy, smoky with notes of crisp red cherry. We also perceive a slightly vegetal side. The palate is fresh, minty with the same vegetal note that brings a slight bitterness in the mid-palate. The tannins are powerful and there are notes of cherry and blackberry. There is a certain aqueous fluidity. The finish is on blackberry skin.
